Job coaching, placement and development for persons with disabilities. Must have a Bachelors Degree in human resources or developmental disabilities or social services and 5 years of experience providing community based vocational services to persons with disabilities OR a CRC certification and a minimum of two years of experience. Must be organized and have exceptional people skills. Ideal candidates will have the ability to develop both group and individual job training, conduct job outreach and engage case managers in providing support for job development in clients served. Experience in working in mental health or homelessness a plus. Currently a part time position, however working to hire individuals interested in full time or 3/4 time. Must have computer skills and the ability to complete billing paperwork for supportive funding. Flexible day time week day hours. EOE/AA
