Zeno is seeking a Program Coordinator to further our mission of building children’s confidence and competence in math. We serve communities with high economic needs with programs that span early learning through early elementary school. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to join a team experiencing an exciting period of growth.
Program Coordinator Role:
Program Materials Coordination: Plan and implement the purchase, storage, and assembly of math game kits for preschool children and their families. Ensure sets of math game kits are properly prepared prior to each program delivery.
Program Delivery: Support game training and coaching for Partner Participants.
Program Development: Work closely with the Programs Team (team of 6) to support program development, gather feedback from partners, and implement adjustments to program. Work in an action-oriented atmosphere that encourages process development, an agile product development cycle, and an environment where team members feel free to share and try new ideas.
Relationship Maintenance: Maintain and develop relationships with material suppliers and translation companies. Ensure clear communication about program needs, deadlines, and changes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Extremely organized and great with managing details
Background in education, early learning preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexible, positive outlook with a desire to incorporate feedback to learn and grow
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Experience working with underserved communities or at organizations with a social justice focus (desired)
