We’re seeking a full-time and a part-time Overnight Guest Services Associate to join HI New
York City to provide seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests, prepare for arrivals,
process walk-ins, smoothly check in groups, provide nformation about services available in the
hostel and in the community, protect the privacy of guests and colleagues at all times, and
process cash/credit card payments.

The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and 1-2 years retail
experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience; excellent oral
and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Cloud; the
ability to learn computer database systems; and superior customer service skills. Candidates
must have a flexible schedule to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
