Job description
The Human Resources Regional Business Partner maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. The HR Regional Business Partner is responsible in the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, training, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation and employment law compliance. The HR Regional Business Partner will report directly to the Sr Vice President / COO of Community Health Action of Staten Island and will have a dotted line reporting relationship to the VP HR at BrightPoint Health. The HR Regional Business Partner originates and implements practices that will foster and support an employee-oriented, high performancecultureemphasizing quality, productivity, and care for the community. The HR Regional Business Partner is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s mission and goals. Must be able to commute between Staten Island and Queens offices.
