Full-time position available for ambulatory Clinic in Burien. Must be a registered Nurse, B.S.N. or equivalent and licensed to practice nursing in the State of Washington.

Knowledge of State and Federal Regulations as they apply to Health Centers or Hospitals.

Implements and updates Nursing Service policies and procedures in cooperation with the

Medical Director to meet Sea Mar standards, philosophy, and governmental regulations.

The person in this position will select, supervise and evaluate nursing personnel.

Three years of experience in nursing supervision & two years organizational and budget management experience required.

Good communication (both written and verbal) and team building skills a must.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
