Office / Operational Support Manager – The Let It Be Foundation Inc – Chino Hills, CA

We have an immediate need for an Office / Operational Support Manager reporting to the Business President. This front office position will be responsible for administrative handling, controlling, and maintaining a balanced process of work inside the office.
This is a fulltime position, with occasion requirements to work evenings and weekends in support of our fundraising events and programs.

Required Work Experience:

Responsibility for the day to day running of the office including assigning and monitoring clerical, administrative and staff responsibilities and tasks among office team of 6-8 part time professionals

Ensure company policies and procedures are being adhered to

Organize orientation and training of new staff members

Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency

Financial ability to manage budget development, fiscal control of operational expenses, payroll, and purchasing.

Records and forms management

Operational support of fundraising activities as required by the business

Facilities management

Grants administration: researching and writing local grant applications

Supporting long-term and major giving programs

Supporting the Foundation President with assigned tasks

Monitoring the management of health and safety in the company office

Critical Work Skills:

Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures

Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures

Proven human resources management practices and procedures

Proven of business and management principles

Solid computer skills and knowledge of office software packages

Outstanding prioritization, decision making skills, and time management when faced with multiple priorities

Ability to assess situations and if necessary, take action, defer, or re-organize.
