St. Mary’s Center for Women and Children is seeking a qualified Program Director with a LICSW for its Bridge Home Program in Boston, Massachusetts.

BRIDGE HOME, is a forty-five day diagnostic assessment and stabilization program for traumatized children 0-12 years.

The qualified Program Director will provide program leadership and development and implementation of trauma informed program model, supervision,fiscal oversight, on-call coverage, and staff training. The ideal candidate will be a LCSW or LICSW eligible, with 5 years experience in residential treatment with children and/or youth. Experience with families and family centered services is valued. Collaborative experience with DCF is valued. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with dedicated employees who are committed to our children’s success. When driving St. Mary’s vehicles, you must possess a valid Massachusettes Driver’s license and meet minimum safe driver criteria established by the agency and successfully complete the required background checks.
