MASSCAP is a statewide association of the 24 Community Action Agencies (CAAs) operating in Massachusetts. The newly funded Community Action Training Initiative (CATI) is a grant funded project that will develop and implement a statewide system of training and professional development for the 5,500 staff of the CAA network in Massachusetts. The Project Coordinated will be highly organized, able to work on multiple tasks concurrently with excellent computer and technology skills including online registration and survey tools and marketing software. Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to work with a team of nonprofit professionals. 5+ years nonprofit experience plus degree in management, administration, business or related field. Education may be substituted in part for extensive experience. Part time, contract position. 12-15 hours/week, $25 to $30/hour.
