JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator to work part time (20 hours per week) and support the HR operations at Zen Hospice Project. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:
Promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and service
Managing the process + procedures for new employee onboarding
Orienting new employees to personnel policies, payroll procedures, benefits, and safety policies
Maintaining all personnel files
Executing the biweekly payroll process
Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
You may be the exact person we are searching for if you possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience
Experience in a healthcare or nursing setting is highly desired
Strong familiarity with local, CA, and federal employment Laws
