Maintain full knowledge of OPWDD regulatory requirements pertaining to the operation of programs operated by agency
Organize all Policies and Procedures and provide each program. Conduct an annual review of internal policies and procedures as well as all applicable regulatory oversight policies
Designs, implements and maintains Quality Assurance Program according to agency policy and procedures including inspections of residential facilities and written records in all programs, reports findings
Responsible for ensuring that all agency policies and procedures related to incident investigations are followed. Ensure that proper documentation of incident management is completed and reported to Agency administrators and the Justice Center, when applicable
Gives input and assists in the development and implementation of staff training related to quality assurance compliance to ensure high quality services and compliance with all safety and regulatory policies and procedures related to incident prevention and management
Works with program managers to ensure compliance with Center for Quality Assurance accreditation requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service field and extensive knowledge of OPWDD regulations
5 years’ experience conducting OPWDD/Justice Center investigations and audits of IRA’s/ICF’s, Day Hab and MSC Programs
Valid Driver’s License
