De Paul Treatment Centers is seeking a dynamic and caring individual to lead our new Quality Management Team in a fast paced environment. The Quality Manager will plan, design, direct, evaluate, and communicate the organization-wide quality assurance and quality improvement activities.
The Manager ensures the integration and coordination of Quality Management goals and objectives to assist in fulfilling the agency mission and values. The Manager is to establish and implement a quality assurance and performance improvement plan and systematically monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of care and services delivered. The plan includes core functions of quality which are addressed on a continual basis, and serve as a foundation to annual quality goals.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; preferably in health or human services field. Minimum four (4) years of experience working with multi-disciplinary work groups, including clinical staff, focused on service delivery and/or quality improvement activities in a hospital or health care organization. A Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience. At least two years of the candidate’s experience must include responsibilities as a leader of a team, work group, or program. Supervisory or management experience preferred. Experience gathering, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting aggregate data and using the data to identify problems and make recommendations preferred.
