Real Escape from the Sex Trade (REST) is now hiring for a House Mother to join our Residential Program. Our mission is to provide pathways to freedom, safety, and hope for victims of sex trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation. REST is a Christian organization dedicated to serving people of all faiths and backgrounds.

The House Mother is one of the primary support roles in the REST restorative housing program, which is designed to serve up to six women (ages 18-24, single or parenting) who are escaping sexual exploitation or trafficking for commercial sex. Residents can stay in the home for up to two years and receive counseling, case management, education and vocational assistance. This is an evening/overnight position, (Sun-Thurs) and is considered a live-in position with private room and bathroom. The primary goal of this position is to be a nurturing presence in the home, building relationships with the residents in a way that helps them stay engaged and committed to the program as they pursue healing and work toward reaching their self-identified goals. This position reports to the Residential Program Manager.
