DESCRIPTION
We are currently creating a branch of URBAN REFUGEES in NYC. There are already 5 Board members as well as a small volunteers team.

We are seeking an outstanding candidate for the volunteer position of Coordinator and Fundraiser in NYC. This individual will be responsible for:

Coordinating legal issues related to the incorporation process
Representing UR in NYC towards external stakeholders
Managing the volunteers team in NYC
Drafting and implementing a fundraising strategy
Actively seeking potential funders and organising fundraising events
Recruiting new board members as needed
Coordinating and participate in board meetings
