Veterans Case Manager – Compass Housing Alliance – Seattle, WA

POSITION: Provides trauma informed case management, including assessment, information and referral, goal setting, and direct advocacy. Maintain the safety and comfort of 58 veteran households and provide cooperative case management, planning and coordination of services for veterans.

PROGRAM: With transitional apartments for single veterans and permanent housing for veterans and their families, our Compass Veterans Center offers a variety of services for veterans under one roof. Reading groups and art classes for children in our youth center engage young residents, and case management services help adults find the support they need.

STATUS: Full Time, Non-Exempt

HOURS: 40 Hours per Week

SCHEDULE: Day shift,

SALARY: DOE and within Compass ranges
