Positions Available Are:

COUNSELOR
The Counselor is responsible for milieu management while engaging clients in a direct social service program. Time is divided among direct service, operations, and administrative responsibilities to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the program. Duties include client engagement, intake, assessment, advocacy, information and referral, problem solving and crisis intervention, in addition to meal preparation, laundry, and light janitorial assignments.

BUILDING SPECIALIST
The Building Specialist maintains a security presence in the reception and lobby area. They observe, record, and respond as needed to the comings and goings of guests, staff and residents, maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, and respond to tenant issues as appropriate.

Relief Staff
The job of a relief employee is to fill in for regularly scheduled employees who are sick or on vacation leave. Responsible for providing direct services and engagement to homeless individuals in relationship-based programs (day programs, overnight shelters, transitional and permanent affordable housing). There are 4 different types of relief positions: Shelter Counselor, Hygiene Center Attendant, Bank Teller, and Front Desk Building Specialist.
