Under general direction from the Associate Medical Director, the Clinic Site Manager, organizes and manages ambulatory care operations at AHS’s clinic site located at the Asia Resource Center in downtown Oakland. The manager supervises on site nursing/MA and PSR staff, performs triage and general nursing duties as needed and integrates front and back office operations. As a midlevel practitioner, the Site Manager also provides direct patient care under the supervision of an MD.
Education & Experience: Graduate of an approved NP program required; Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or Master’s degree (M.S.) in nursing preferred, with four years’ related experience in a multidisciplinary health care setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in English and an Asian language desired.
