St. Mary’s Center seeks a Vice President of Clinical Services with an LICSW and proven expertise in homelessness services and trauma-informed clinical services balanced with experience in management and administration. The ideal candidate is a transformative leader that thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys developing trauma informed therapeutic clinical services throughout the organization ensuring that our care remains client focused. The Vice President must provide exceptional leadership in assisting St. Mary’s with living into its mission by providing effective and thoughtful standards of care throughout the Center. In addition, the Vice President of Clinical Services is an engaged and active member of the Administrative and Senior Leadership teams and contributes to St. Mary’s organizational strategies. This effective leader must be skilled in understanding the importance of St. Mary’s being a culturally competent organization, skilled in program leadership and management, team building and program development, and exceptional communication and interpersonal experience required. The ideal candidate must have10 plus years of residential, supervisory and management expertise and collaborative experience with the following organizations: Department of Early Education and Care, Department of Children and Families, Department of Transitional Assistance and the Department of Housing and Community Development, as well as other City, State and community-based entities involved in serving homeless families, children and teen parents. Administrative on-call rotation is required and experienced with Microsoft 365. When driving St. Mary’s vehicles, the qualified candidate must possess a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License and meet the minimum safe driver criteria established by the Center.
