REACH is hiring a 40 hour a week Assistant Community Manager for our newest building. This position will support the Senior Community Manager with activities and services of this 209 unit LIHTC buildings operations and its residents.
Essential functions include:
• Assists with annual certifications for LIHTC compliance.
• Assists with waitlist maintenance, rental activities, and rent collections. Takes appropriate action to safeguard all monies received.
• Posts notices appropriately, promptly and accurately.
• Conducts marketing activities to rent vacant units.
• Assists with move in and move out procedures.
• Communicates with maintenance technician and resident services staff regularly.
