As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will join our team responsible for sending North Americans on cultural exchange programs around the world. The majority of the customers you will be in contact with are 18 to 30 year olds looking to travel for gap years, summer opportunities, and post-graduate work abroad.

Responsibilities Include:

Convert new leads to customers through promotional events, email and phone based communication
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Ensure timely collection and management of customer paperwork
Provide pre-departure support for customers preparing for cultural exchange programs
Maintain records on sales and conversions
Assist with inbound participants when necessary
Fully embrace and actively promote the purposes, values, and vision of the business and ensure that these are reflected through the presentation of our products and services

Skills, Experience and Qualities

Must thrive on achieving sales targets and creating relationships with customers
Strong attention to detail and good organization skills
High levels of customer service with great speaking and writing skills as well as superb phone presence
Self-starter that is driven to succeed and self-motivated in a growing team
Organized, flexible and adaptable
Able to analyze data
Strong computer skills, proficiency in database management and Apple systems
Social media skills
SEO experience desirable
